A Letter from the Owner: Will Benson
HELLO!
I have made some changes to the business model recently.
When Rochester Computer Guy started 7 years ago...it was my best friend and I placing an ad in the paper and going from house to house fixing any PC issue for a flat fee per hour.
As the demands on my time have changed...so has my need to change the way I do business. Finally resulting in me closing the business in July 2008 to focus on family and other commitments.
Starting October 1, 2008...Rochester Computer Guy will resume operations in a new manner.
While I will continue to do Home Visits...these will be at a premium rate. However to make up for that I will be using software from gotomyassist to allow me to assist remotely with anything that is not due to a network outage. In addition for hardware setups/upgrades I will set pricing to allow customers to bring their PC to my home office and allow me to fix them for a lower cost.
We should be able to help on any number of network or computer issues.
